Vitalspace’s OOH Campaign Generated Over 30M Impressions and Increased Leads by 33%
Project Introduction:
Vital Space, a real estate consultancy, aimed to announce the launch of its new website designed to offer a seamless house-hunting experience. With 1000+ verified properties and partnerships with leading regional builders, their goal was to drive awareness and engagement, showcasing the platform's innovative features and valuable resources.
The Solution:
After a brainstorming session, we created a unique OOH campaign never before seen in this region for this brand category.
We designed the campaign around Vital Space's key USPs:
- 1000+ verified properties
- Partnerships with top builders
To ensure these USPs captured attention, we developed a 60-day, two-phase campaign that resonated with the region's cultural love for dance. The campaign was executed in both Hindi and Gujarati, targeting Ahmedabad's entire 8.8 million population.
Concept:
In the ‘Chakkar Ke Chakkar’ campaign, the endless spins of dance forms like Garba, Bachata, and Kathak were creatively used to symbolize the frustrating and never-ending loops people go through while house-hunting. The quirky twist humorously highlighted how searching for a perfect home often feels like a dance of its own, with no end in sight. This campaign was executed in 2 phases i.e. the teaser and the revealer
- Phase 1: Teaser billboards across Ahmedabad asked, “Aaj Kitne Chakkar Lagaye?” with visuals of dancers in quirky costumes to build intrigue.
- Phase 2: The reveal followed with the message: “Chakkar Ke Chakkar Me Mat Pado. Explore 1000+ verified properties on Vitalspace.in.”
