Real Estate - OOH campaign

Designed an OOH campaign for a real estate project to generate buzz about its launch among the city's residents. This is one of the tallest apartments in the city.

The Brief

One of the city's largest real estate developers was building the tallest residential apartment in the city. They asked us to design a marketing campaign as a part of OOH to generate buzz among the city's residents with the coming soon teaser.

The Result

We designed a real estate marketing campaign to generate buzz about its launch among the city's residents. We talked about its premium, luxury apartment that is the tallest in the town with the coming soon teaser imbedded on many hoardings across the city. The campaign was designed to encourage people to request information via web and face-to-face.

Design

Used a very minimal design for this real estate campaign and bold copy lines to emphasize the structure. As a part of advertising and promotional strategies we kept the building image as a hero of the campaign, and had many hoarding across the city to make this talk-of-the-town.
